Not experienced with this, last time I worked that shift I was in early 20's.

Well...it's not so much a diet plan, but we have been using Lean Cuisines for lunch(1st at 11:00am and second at 2:00pm) in place of the previous lunch of choice(Wendy's and McDonalds) Add a oatmeal/cereal breakfast and a solid dinner and you our diet. We hit between 1400 and 2000 calories a day and have lost 20lb this month. Lean cuisine's are nice as it allows a pretty good variation to choose from at lunch. Hope it helps.

I'm a security guard working the graveyard shift. I really need a diet plan to go with my schedule. Can anyone help me? My current weight is 265lbs.my goal weight is 210. Please help.
