| I wonder how fat the caeser dressing was though. Sometimes salads are just as bad as a burger. You feel like you are eating better but it isnt always the case.

| That is pretty awesome. I can tell you are definitely dedicated to this. I haven't had pizza is 6 months but it has been worth it. I am down over 60 pounds. I haven't felt this good since high school. So eat the Caesar Salad but don't skip the beer. Just drink a miller lite. 95 calories, 3 carbs and 2 grams of fat!

| Yeah...the George Foreman definitely works...but I have a hard time getting in all my fat every day so I like to use the pan fry to get in some healthy oil.

| The buffalo chicken does sound good. I'm going to throw it on my George Foreman grill and save myself a little extra calories from the pan fry. Too cold to use the outside grill.....

| mmmmm.....both sound good, I'm definately trying the buffalo chicken salad.

Ahh...I love taco salads! In a pinch I'll just mix salsa and FF sour cream up and use it as a dressing for a salad...it looks pink and gross, but it's very good.
When I have time to do taco salad right...I'll put chili powder, cumin (THE most important spice in my whole rack), garlic powder and onion powder in some low fat ground meat, a half a can of black beans and 1/4 can of corn over a bed of salad greens with red onion and cilantro, then top with the salsa/ff sour cream dressing and some baked Tostitos (for the crunch).
Diet food does not have to be bland! I love spicing things up tex/mex style! I'm also partial to spicy stir fry sauces with garlic, soy, ginger, and chili oil (throw some peanuts in there and I'm in heaven).

| Hey I'm a spicy foods person so the buffalo chicken sounds great! I also some times will get 96% lean ground beef or turkey and do taco or fajita seasoning with a few stips of whole wheat tortilla and salsa.

| Sounds like I gotta go to the grocery store, that sounds good!

I try to man it up by making a buffalo chicken salad. I pan fry a chicken breast, douse it with hot sauce and put it over salad greens and red onions with fat-free blue cheese dressing. All the fire...none of the guilt.

| plenty of guys are taking off weight by eating salad, and i'll count myself among them. salad is not "girl" food. if that makes me less of a man, well, isn't that why i'm on SP in the first place?

| Even though that's great for your goals, you're still a dude! Put some creativity into your meals that hide the fact that you're eating like a woman! No, but seriously, I do the same thing...I'm so ashamed.

That's awesome, great job! It might not seem "right", but it sure is a good choice.

Can't believe it! This is the first time I have ever ate a Caesar Salad during a football game - no chips, no beer, not a single thing of un-healthy value! Oh well it should be worth it - weigh-in tomorrow - more to come...
