| Welcome to Spark and good luck with your goals. The female to male ratio here is crazy but we have our own little happy home here for guy stuff lol.

| There are plenty of guy teams here... One for the Guys, Spark Men...and so on. We're outnumbered, but we're here :)

| I initially thought this would be an all woman site, but found it to have lotrs of stuff pertinent to men, as well as stuff that works no matter what sex you are.

As you can see, you are definately not the only guy here.
As many people say, kick back, relax, and take any knowledge you need. We're all in this together!

As I sit here eating my veggies for lunch I am very pleased to find the "Guy's Lounge".
Initially I was feeling that I was the only guy signed up with Sparkpeople.
I am looking forward to reading the insights from the many successful people on this site.
