I have Driver and Jennings...plus Deion Branch coming off an injury.
I consider Welker a must start. I'm leaning towards Driver on this one b/c Jennings has had a few goods weeks and I just don't think he can consistently keep it up, plus I feel Driver is due for a good game w/ at least 1 TD. Branch is coming off injury so I'm not expecting much. Any thoughts?

You wanna talk about getting screwed? Joshn Brown missed a FG last night which led to me losing by one point! It's so sad, it's funny lol.

At least you were able to grab Taylor. While he is not as good as AP, he is a more than adequate sub if needed.

| 6-1 in one league and 4-3 in the other. It's kind of strange, since I have several of the same players on both teams. The Spark league must simply be tougher.
|
|
|
|
| Yep, that truly takes talent. If I do lose every game, I'm not sure how I'll feel about it. Yeah that would suck. But I've never seen anyone actually show up and put in a fresh roster and lose every week. I'm wondering if it's possible. If nothing else, it'll be bragging rights if I'm setting this up next year.

One team in my other league has a dream team lineup of Tom Brady, Randy Moss, T.O., Larry Johnson, Ronnie Brown, etc. They've finally suffered some bad luck with Brown missing the season so here's my chance to catch up to that team. I play that team this week and Tom Brady and Randy Moss alone are projected to get close to 60 points! oy vey
My Spark Team is just horrible compared to my other two teams. Hopefully I can start mounting a come back here.

I had a good week. I went 3-1 in my four leagues. The only loss was by 5 points in a league where I played Tony Gonzales over Heath Miller - like I should have - and Miller has 2 TDs.
Oh well. That FF for you.

I need 10 points from Reggie Wayne tonight to win. If I get 9 points and tie again, I just may pull out my hair - LOL!

Make sure you go through and set your lineups. There are a few stragglers.
Also, doesn't it make it interesting if you vote for the winners in each game each week? Take a second to run through them and vote.
Good luck - except to you JC!

flash, i don't know if you're right about chambers. i don't think he's going to get as many looks in SD as he did in miami (granted, though, that he's more likely to actually haul in the passes thrown to him by rivers than by cleo lemon).
this is the first week where i have now actually scored more points in the league where i am 5-1 than in the league where i am 1-5. who knew.

Flash, I'll let you off the hook this week, but a friendly word of advice from someone who is a fan of The Beloved - play anyone you can against their D. Injuries and a lack of adequate backups have reduced them to a bottom level defense.

| I would like to nominate myself for Fantasy Moron of the Week. I decided to bench Adrian Peterson because he was taking on the Bears defense and went with McGahee and Edge. They both had decent days but nothing like Peterson who was worth 50 fantasy points!!! Luckily, I was still able to win my game.

AP was a monster yesterday, and despite that huge game the Vikes still needed a last second field goal to win it.
My Bears are toast and need to think about who they want to get on offense for next year. They have so many glaring weaknesses at all the skill positions that it is hard to know where to start.

although i am doing pretty well in the spark league so i can't complain too hard. adrian peterson was a heck of a pickup.

Ties are just one of those things that are going to happen no matter what way you slice it. I've just never been in a league that had this many ties early on. It's pretty funny looking at the standings, they look like NHL standings.
