I have Driver and Jennings...plus Deion Branch coming off an injury.

I consider Welker a must start. I'm leaning towards Driver on this one b/c Jennings has had a few goods weeks and I just don't think he can consistently keep it up, plus I feel Driver is due for a good game w/ at least 1 TD. Branch is coming off injury so I'm not expecting much. Any thoughts?

Yep, that truly takes talent. If I do lose every game, I'm not sure how I'll feel about it. Yeah that would suck. But I've never seen anyone actually show up and put in a fresh roster and lose every week. I'm wondering if it's possible. If nothing else, it'll be bragging rights if I'm setting this up next year.

One team in my other league has a dream team lineup of Tom Brady, Randy Moss, T.O., Larry Johnson, Ronnie Brown, etc. They've finally suffered some bad luck with Brown missing the season so here's my chance to catch up to that team. I play that team this week and Tom Brady and Randy Moss alone are projected to get close to 60 points! oy vey

Fantasy football is such a crapshoot. Look at how bad the top three pinks in 95% of leagues (Tomlinson, Steven Jackson, Larry Johnson) have done after three weeks. The fantasy football "experts" start coming out when teams start hitting the bye, injuries happen, etc.

I have perfect symmetry in my four leagues. I am 0-2 in one, 1-1 in two and 2-0 in the last one.

Two of my teams stink and two are decent, so we will have to see where that gets me.

I hate two of my leagues since they are huge 16 team leagues and there is absolutely no one on waivers to pick up in case of injury. You practically have to draft backups as insurance which really sucks. They are work leagues and no one wants to change them. I say we should split them into two leagues and treat them as "divisions" and then hand score the playoffs.

i love live drafts (and all the smack talking that goes along with them) but i understand that doing it from a board like this would be a nightmare. just send the details out and i will definitely join.

I am in for sure. I play in 3-4 leagues every year and can't get enough of the NFL.

I also suggest that you keep the Yahoo defaults as it will cause less issues.

This year will be the first year I will see the season in HD and I am really looking forward to it!

Just send me a message with the details and I will sign up as soon as I receive them.

That's true. I just figured I'd throw it out there. Some people play in defensive player leagues where you can start a team defense and a couple of defensive players. Others are given options for bonuses if your player hits threshholds

I woul djust use the basic default that Yahoo has set up top make it easier and to avoid conflicts in what everyone wants and does not want. Letting Yahoo have the default takes you off the hook for creating something that some may call too complicated or too easy.

Well, I'm setting up the league on Yahoo and right now am looking at setting up an auto draft like last year. It would have been a bear to do online draft when we had people playing from California to England. Any suggestions on the scoring systems we'll use?

Hey everybody,

Last year, I ran a fantasy league here for fun. we were only able to do 12 teams but we had a pretty good time. Last year, Wongerchi won it all. This year, who knows. Anyway, it's about that time to start it up again. It's a head to head league. It's free, it's for fun.

If anyone wants to join in, let me know. I'll post the invite here later. Draft will be at the end of the month
