I AM ALLERGIC TO YEAST, MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS, WHEAT, SENSITVE TO GLUTEN. ONE DIET LIST SAY I CAN HAVE CERTAIN THINGS. HOWEVER THE NEXT DIET LIST SAYS I CAN NOT HAVE THESE THINGS. MY DOCTOR SAY I CAN HAVE WHEAT TORTILLAS BUT I AM ALLERGICE TO WHEAT. ONE LIST TELLS ME I CAN HAVE CORN TORTILLAS BUT THE NEXT LIST SAYS NO. MY DOCTOR TELLS ME I CAN NOT HAVE FRUIT BUT THE DIET LIST HE GAVE TELLS I CAN. HE TELLS ME THAT I CAN NOT HAVE VEGETABLES THAT GROW BELOW THE GROUND. HE ALSO TELLS ME I CAN NOT HAVE ANYTHING WITH BAKING SODA OR BAKING POWDER. I CAN NOT HAVE ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN FERMENTED,OR PUT UP IN A BRINE. THAT MEANS NO SALAD DRESSING, MUSTARD, MAYO, BBQ SAUCE, SALAS, soy SAUCE OR ANYTHING TO MAKE FOODS TASTE BETTER. NO BEER, WINE OR ANY ALCOHOL. IT MAKES DIETING VERY CONFUSING AND DIFFICULT. IT IS MY CONCLUSION THAT IF YOU ARE EATING SOMETHING GOOD YOU BETTER SPIT IT OUT BECAUSE IT MAY BE TOXIC. IF WHAT YOU ARE EATING TASTES LIKE CARDBORARD THEN YOU CAN IT BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE IS BECAUSE IT WOULD BE TOXIC TO EVERYONE ELSE AND THEY WOULD SPIT IT OUT. SO CAN YOU HELP ME OR NOT???????

Hey Dunderhead when you signed up did you list your allergies. Or were they discovered post sign-up. If not try going back and adjusting your diet I believe the link in on your nutrition page. Try getting a list of foods that you can eat put together and then talk to your doctor about possibly adding supplements to help provide the vitamins and minerals you may be missing out on. By all means follow your Doc's advice. And I know that always reading labels is frustrating and exhausting. Stick in there you will find a solution.

I CAN NOT HAVE ANYTHING WITH WHEAT IN IT. MY BODY CAN NOT TOLERATE MILK OF ANY KIND.YEAST IS IN EVERYTHING, AND SO IS WHEAT. I CAN NOT HAVE FRUIT BECAUSE OF THE YEAST IN IT. I CAN NOT HAVE VEGETABLES THAT GROW BELOW THE GROUND LIKE POTATOES, BEETS,CARROTS, ONIONS,RADISHES, TURNIPS AND THE LIKE.I HAVE TRIED LACTOSE FREE MILK ANS soy MILK AND I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM DIGESTING IT.THE PROBLEM I FIND IS THAT ALL THESE DIET LISTS SAY YOU CAN HAVE THIS ONE ONE LIST AND NOT ON ANOTHER AND YOU DOCTOR TELLS YOU SOMETHING ELSE. THE ONLY CEREAL THAT I CAN HAVE TO EAT IS OATMEAL. DO YOU KNOW HOW TIRING THAT IS EVERYDAY? HELP!!!!!
