do what i do at every football game i watch - snack on cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, beef jerky, and a whole lot of water. usually keep it to one or two beers, and keep my snacks in portion-control bags so i know how much i am eating. i like to snack a lot during the game, especially if it's a close one. if i stick to the cherry Tomatoes i am usually in good shape.

Here's a rundown of healthy options:
-Whole wheat pita w/ hummus -Caprese salad (Buffalo mozzarella w/ tomatoes, basil and balsamic vinegar + a drizzling of E.V.O.O) -Broccoli and carrots dipped in Light Balsamic Vinagrette -Smoked salmon w/ dill -Grilled chicken skewers w/ red peppers and squash -Angel food cake w/ low fat vanilla ice cream -Mixed, unsalted nuts -Natural blue corn chips w/ low sodium salsa.
Hope these help

Well I'm going to a party, and I'm NOT watching what I eat. I won't go crazy or anything, but I'm not, not going to eat something b/c it has cheese on it etc. It's one day, next day is a Monday, I'll hit the gym extra hard. But if I can't enjoy myself every once in awhile what is all this hard work for?

This is the first year, probably ever, that I won't be going to a superbowl party, just watching the game at home with my wife and 2.5 year old son.
I had been thinking that Superbowl would be a great excuse to cut loose and eat whatever I want but now I'm thinking that I'd rather get creative and eat some really tastey but healthy food.
Any ideas? what is everyone else doing this Sunday?
