High Intensity Interval Training. You alternate between lower and higher intensity in the same exercise. If you jog, say you jog for about 30 seconds at a regular pace, then you crank it up and sprint for 30 seconds, then back to jogging 30 at the slower pace.

| HIIT??...can you give some examples of high intensity cardio workouts??

| Also, add some weight training in. Muscle draws more on residual fat for energy so you'll burn more.
|

| You need to really watch your diet and continue to exercise. Try adding in sessions of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio in place of regular cardio. HIIT is hard but it's worth it. It really blasts the fat off!

| how is the fastest most effecitve way of doing so...currently i'm at 20% but to get visibly cut results from working out i need to go down to about 14%...HELP please!
