| Please post that salsa rec. or just post it to this thread. Sounds really good. I've checked out the receipe site and there are some good things there but gotta watch the servings.

| Healthier versions of tortilla chips and salsa are a very good idea. You could also get subs from Subway that are under 6 grams of fat. You should also check out the recipe section here on Spark and see if you can find anything you like.

| Light tortilla chips and Salsa are good food. I make a salsa with Tomatoes, onion, cilantro, a little garlic, about a shot of orange juice and some peppers that is almost always goes over great and is actually healthy (surprised me too). If anyone wants it, I'll post the recipe.

For us football fans - is this the best time of the year or what? The holidays are finally over, we saw some great college bowl games, and the Christmas bills will get paid eventually.
Who's got the "Three Gee's" for healthy eating this month? GOOD GAME GRUB!!! Celery sticks and tofu burgers just don't seem to mix well with smash-mouth playoff football. My bro's won't watch the games at my house for fear of healthy eating.
