You are losing at an acceptable rate, I think. Our bodies seek out a certain weight and maintain it based on our food choices, activity level, and BMR. To stay at a weight a few pounds lower than where you are, just make long-term changes to some of these variables, for instance doing some interval training cardio or replacing one of your meals with a spinach salad, etc. Lots of options!
Take it easy.

Reddy,
Welcome to SparkPeople! I would avoid any supplements without talking to a Doctor. You don't want to put anythign extra in your body that you don't need. You're going to run into a hard time with this thatn most people because you are in good shape already. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. The hardest part for you will be that you burn so many calories when you're working out.
Try inputting your data and see how many calories you need to eat to lose a few lbs. If you have any trouble just let us know.
