Well I had my first day of work today. I am just working half days this week while I am in training. The real test will be next week. I am planning on packing my lunch, since I only get a half hour anyway. They walking on my lunch break. It is a great plan until it starts getting cold. I am a whimp in the cold.

I would encourage you to plan out your meal at work carefully. There's nothing worse than having to throw something together in the morning, or worse still going out to fast food. It really can screw with your meal plan!!
Again Good Luck and try to find some way to work in some exercise, even if it's simply walking around a little!!!

How did the going back to work thing work out for you? I am going back to work on Tuesday, after spending three years working in daycare, spending my days with my children. Now I am going back to work as a paralegal at a firm and I worry about having time to exercise. I know I will be feeling guilty spending time away from the children. I will feel even more guilty if I exercise when the children are awake.

| Going back to work on monday and I'm going to try to keep up my calorie intake and exercise program even though I'm out of town.
