| When I am working I pack tons of food... but light stuff. Banana's, light yogurt, granola bars, apples, easy make soup, apple sauce, carrots, reduced fat wheat thins, and always a turkey sandwich on a potato roll (main meal). This way I can eat all day in little bits and still be well within my cal range when I get home and want dinner.
