| It's too bad I didn't get to Vegas in time to catch some of the summer league action. I heard that Randy Foye lit it up out there. Too bad Minnesota's got a thousnad shooting guards on their roster.

| I tried rooting for the Clips. Really did. Just couldn't do it. Cassell is a class act. So is Brand, but the Clippers are like the NBA version of the Cubs. Love them all you want. They'll break your heart in the end.

| D Wade is a monster too. The way he played the last 4 games in the finals was almost Jordan-like. I've always kinda liked GP too, so it was good to see him and the other old guys like Zo get a ring.

| Aww, come on, you don't want to root for Sam Cassell? He's got to be one of the ugliest dudes playing(along with Charlie Villanueva) but the guy can ball. I have to also say that Elton Brand is one of the few Duke players, along with Grant Hill, that I can say I kind of like. Don't tell other Carolina fans that though, they might take away my membership card for saying I like ANYBODY from Duke.

| Trading Garnett would be the last thing the GM would do, unless he was able to secure a premium talent to replace him with. I just wish they'd put some quality people around him. I'm just not in the Kobe fan club. He ran Phil Jackson and Shaq out the door and turned a contender into a lottery team. When Miami won back in June, I think I was happier than most people on the west coast, because Shaq and Payton got their rings without Kobe. It's hard to root for your team when you really don't respect one of the most key players, but what else do you do? Can't turn against them. Can't be a Clipper fan.

| I can only watch the college games. Match Madness is it for me. I don't have a favorite time, but I love it when a Duke or U-Conn is upset!

| Well I can't say I'm the biggest Kobe fan, mostly because I was still living in NC when he made the Hornets trade him to LA after the draft. That kinda stung(no pun intended) He's a hell of a player, but his attitude sometimes just gets to me. I can't believe Philly will get rid of Iverson. He's the only marketable person they've got. I've heard rumors abour a Kenyon Martin trade, but they would be dumb to take his contract. Right now I'm living in North Dakota, so the big talk is what the Wolves are gonna do about Garnett. I really don't think they'll trade him either.

Right now, I'm watching to see what's going to come out of free agency. My pro team, the Lakers are frustrating to watch at this time. By now Jerry West would have reloaded that team and his absense really points out how much Mitch Kupchek doesn't know about being GM, or how scared he is of Kobe. Either way, until he learns his job and/or grows a pair, we're dead.
My question is whether or not Philly going to be dumb enough to run A.I. out of town, and if so, what will they get in return?

| If there's anybody who thinks it's never too early to talk about basketball season, feel free to share anything you've got. I'll talk about college or pro ball. My college team is North Carolina(duh, it's in my screen name) I don't really have any one pro team I follow though, there's a few that I like to watch
