Off to a good start.


Buy some bananas and strawberries for a good snack. Sometimes when I want something sweeter I get one of those nutrigrain oatmeal bars. Can't do that too much as it may be better than chips and candy but not all that great to snack on all the time :)

cutting out beer isn't too hard - i managed it and i used to drink quite a lot. now i just drink every couple of weeks or so.

Hey Russell good job man the first few days are butt kickers but if you can hold out it gets easier I have been on her for about a week and it is getting better. They have a list of good snacks in the article section so check that out. Just remember small goals and the idea about the beer sounds great.

well 1 day gone i kept within my calories drank my water, wanted to walk but did not get my @** up and do it..did want something to snack on around 8 til 10
does any one have any good ideas for snacks..going to try to get out and walk tonight..also told myself this am..im cutting of the beer until i loose 15lbs then i may not even want it.. and that can be my reward....is that good or not? small goals,,right?
