That is true Mack.
I myself am a breakfast fanatic. My wife on the other hand is not. While I am eating turkey sausage and eggs. She will be munching on a chicken breast or chinese from the night before.(food that is not the people.)

there is no rule that says you have to eat "breakfast food". I often have a salad with cheese and no fat croutons with vinagerette. how about a boneless skinless chicken breast on toast?
Turkey ham sandwich? Rice and beans?
Cmon! eat something you like if "breakfast" isn't your bag.

Depends on my mood .. sometimes I have oatmeal with a bit of skim milk, or fruit and cottage cheese, or a bit of Peanut Butter on piece of bread/wrap. I usually try to get some protein in. : )

Try mixing some 2% cottage cheese with granola (I like Bear Naked Peak protein granola). It's a tasty, nutritious and well-balanced breakfast! You can also try mixing some yogurt with blueberries too, also very tasty and healthy. I mixed some Stonyfield Farms lowfat plain yogurt with 150g of blueberries and 4 packets of Splenda yesterday. It was the most awesome thing ever!

I agree with Chris. Oatmeal (porrige) is the best way to start the day. It's taken me a while but I've finally got the technique right to make it lumpy, just like Mum used to!

I have a pretty big breakfast,
I get up and start with oatmeal with splenda raisins flaxseed and cinnamon.
This is about 6 am
Then at 9am I have a low carb tortillia stuffed with meat egg and cheese, With this I have plain yogart with fruit and splenda.
The meat is usually turkey bacon but this week I bought canadian bacon which is low in fat.

Oat Meal! I did atkins for 3 years and really missed it - Now I could eat it 3 meals a day - no sugar/sweatner, no milk - just oat meal!

Chop up some veggies into eggs and make a scramble, thats what I do.
Maybe add in some friut like a banana or something.

the eggs got some fat in them but if you need to cut that part out just use eggwhite substitute.
