| Try the stairmaster for about 45 minutes and get your heartrate up to 137 - 147...your weight will drop

| Don't know whether what you call the elliptical is what we call a cross trainer. the feet go in an elliptical motion but you have handles/poles that work your upper body as well. Don't own it use it at the gym, reckoned it was an inhummane torture device when I first used it. Now reckon it is the best cardio workout especially for high intensity burns.

| I do a bit of jogging and yet I know it's hard on my knees, so I prefer the elliptical .. kinder to my joints. When I lose weight, I hope to jog : ) wooo hoo : )

| I have an elliptical, I was thinking of adding a recumbent bike, but the other day I got the idea of a rowing machine, something to give my legs a bit of rest and work out my upper body more.

| we have an elliptical and an exercise bike. If I could have another one I would add the treadmill.

| yeah try running or jogging, machines are waste of money and time , except if you don't have a space or time to run or jog :)... i have a stationary bike .... i use it when i'm in a hurry or lazy to go out.... :D

| I have an elliptical which I very much enjoy and use consistently. I would like to add another type of cardio machine .. any suggestions? thanks in advance : )
