| Just got back from the lake and didn't do cardio for 2 days .. gulp (lol) ... haven't weighed myself yet we will see. Also when at the lake it's really difficult to be drinking 10 cups of water a day and eating 6 mini meals ... so let's see how things are when I weigh in on Wednesday ... : ) heh heh

| I haven't really been away since I started doing any exercise, I'm hoping I do something if I go away to keep the momentum going, but don't have any vacation away from home planned for this summer so I don't have to worry about it yet.

I just got back from Washington and the hotel had a fitness center that I used every night. Good thing too because I ate more refined sugar than I had in months, can you say "sugar high". I just stay active as much as possible. It was nice to get back home to my food scale and workout equipment.

| I try to keep some of my exercise up for vacation, but I also realize its just that....vacation. I'll do jogging and walking, and we try to do some extra walking around malls and such. But in the end we definitely relax a little extra.

So how many people maintain their exercise schedules for vacation time? I walk, hike, swim at the lake and yet it's not the same intensity as my home work-outs.
For my two weeks away, I think I may drive home every other day to work out. We'll be 1.5 hours away and so that's not too bad. I really would like to do it every day (and take sat sun off) but that is probably too much back and forth driving .. as well as cutting up vacation time.
I hate being away from home because I dislike missing my usual elliptical workouts (as well a weights).
