| I have a few motivations. Some weirder than others. I guess the main one driving this for me is I used to be a really active, healthy guy. Played sports, boogie boarded, rock climbed, biked. You name it, I might have at least tried it. Well, I went and got "a real job" and my health went downhill, the pounds piled up and that's all she wrote. Now, I can't get all the way back to those glory days but I'm gonna get pretty close.

| My main motivation is to be able to do better at the things I already do, mostly skiing.

Chris that's really funny! - i'm sure people don't really think that though.
i get motivated by things i want to do when i lose weight like i wanna try parachuting, maybe skiing and stuff though i guess it's not weird.

My motivation is I don't want people lookig at me and my wife and saying "that poor woman, just look at him. . ." I do't know that anyone other then me has ever said it :)
But i know what you mean about the dance video's Heather, not that's motivation!

| lol...."Booty Videos"...that sounds funny! You're right about me and Denise, but I have other motivators as well. I don't know if any qualify as unusual or not, the closest thing would be when I watch talented martial artists perform. Whether it's Chuck Norris or Bruce Lee, the best artists are all in great physical shape. I know if I want to even think about being at their level I have to keep working at this.

Hey guys - just wondering what sort of motivations you are using? I know that Matt swears by his support beam Denise, but what are some unusual or surprising motivators? I guess I ask because I'm watching some music video special on "booty videos" and I want those bodies! I guess I should be doing some sort of exercise while watching tv. . .
