| Definitely morning for me, right after a good BM!

I weigh myself in the morning (2nd thing). I do something different in that I weigh myself every morning and log it. I then take a weekly average for my official weight. That helps on making the highs and lows more evened out. I also find less ups/downs doing it that way so when I look at my chart I have a smooth graph.

| I weigh most of the times in the morning. And if I've eaten more than what I think I should I'll weigh at night, just to see where I'm at.

| True dat!(grin). I usually weigh in the morning, first thing. Tends to be true for me too. Lowest right around then. I don't have a particular day that I weigh, sometimes daily, sometimes every few days. Particularly if I suspect a problem. But I never take the scale too seriously. I am more interested in overall health, energy and how good I feel.

I dont really stick to a weigh in schedule. Could be 2-3 times a week or not for 2 weeks.

| I always weigh second thing in the morning, first is to evacuate excess fluids! I weigh about every other day, but only record on Monday mornings. When I step on the scale before bed just for grins, I am invariably a couple of pounds heavier than I weigh the next morning.

| i do the mornings, end of the week - I proably should do start of the week, might help me to do better on the weekends.

| Most people will find their lowest weight first thing in the morning. After sleeping you haven't eaten or had anything to drink, so you're on "empty". I weigh in on Sunday Mornings.

I realize that this could be a silly question, but when I weigh in once a week for my "official" weight, I of course want to register a weight loss. I used to think it was just before dinner bu lately I have noticed my absolute lowest weight is registered the moment I get up, before coffee, before anything. Any other thoughts on the subject?
