That's good information to know - I was actually just wondering about that this morning when I was taking my vitamin.

Any one of the daily vitamins will give you what you need. The thing to be careful of is if you actually need more nutrients. You may already be getting all the nutrients you need. There's nothing in a daily vitamin that should harm you. But why take more than you need. Whether it's a generic or a brand name you tend to get the same stuff. I always prefer more name brand stuff just because they're a little more accountable. There have been reports that some of the generics don't contain everything they say they do.

I use the one from Costco.

I've just recently joined the site and I'm planning on starting my FoodTracker routine tomorrow. When I go to the grocery store, I'd also like to buy a good multi-vitamin for men. I read about the daily recommendations from the Resource Center, but it's listed with every vitamin separately addressed. It's good to know the purpose of each, but I'd like to find a multi-vitamin that could provide all of the daily requirements. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer.
