For a great welcome. After yesterdays cardio I have just done my strength session. Although I have only used tins of food as my resistance, I feel worn out!! I thought, yeah this looks apiece of cake (mmmm cake!) I was shocked. I am hooked. Seeing you guys losing wieght is great for my confidence.
