I'm a service tech so its hard for me to stop and get lunch also but I have a personal trainer who gave me a 1 week meal menu. For lunch I eat 5 ounces of turkey and a cup of raw baby spinach rolled up in a whole wheat pita bread and some fruit. Whatever fits in my playmate cooler. You can put whatever you like in the pita bread. Just a suggestion. Good luck!

That can be tough. Sandwiches are always great, carrots, pretzels, granola, apples, pears, nuts. I would say to go to the grocery store and walk up and down the aisles to find thing that will work. If you have a cooler you can certainly add more things, hard boiled egss, yogurt, more fruits and veggies.
