For myself and my fellow rotund friends it's always been a steady celebration of Wexfords, cabbage, corn beef and potatoes. Come to think of it it's a miracle none of us never kneeled over on the spot. Atleast this year I'm making an effort to just have one or two barcardi and diet colas.

I wish I lived in an area where the holidays were expressed more by everyone. South Texas, the only place where you can go to beach on Christmas. People here don't really know how to celebrate St Pats day. One or two restraunts will serve green colored beer and make the 6pm news on tv .

had a bit of a bad day myself, so I just did extra cardio to help burn it off

I think a lot of guys are used to large portions for st patties...hopefully we can all be a little more careful this year. Good luck!

St Patricks day is a huge day in southie (Boston Ma)and traditionaly we eat a boiled dinner corned beef cabbage and potatos and large portions for me.We will be having the meal I will try to watch the portions and practice the program
