Since the start of February, I started running this biathalon through the club. it's a 5 mile bike and a 2.5 mile run. I love this because I am very competitive, so I am always striving to beat the next person's time...as well as having someone push me. Try it and let me know how your times are.
My bike time was 13:41 and my run time was 18:49. for a total of 32:50. SLOW TODAY!
