You really have to push yourself to get to 200 cals.

I can tell that 30 minutes is good for 50-60 calories. I guess I should qualify that further...you will be very active for 30 minutes to reach 60 cals.

Remember, 200 calories is a marathon. Be sure to warm up and stretch first !

I'll put this number out there for you...206. This is the total calorie count for mildly vigorous-two person-consentual sex. I am using a Polar S120 monitor that has been set up with my RMR. Good luck getting approval to wear the heart rate monitor.

By the way, peak heart rate was 152. The things we do for science !!
