I am a DEI/RCR FANatic.
I only wish NASCAR would come to Elkart Lake, WI (4 mile road track). That is the only non weekly track I've ever been too. Met Mario Andretti there when I was 10.

| Friend of mine is in the pits at the Bud Shoot out in Florida right now. I don't follow Nascar but He sounds like he's having a blast. I forgot the name of the driver he pits for. I think the #49 car but I may be wrong.

HIJACKING CON'T--------------- I do count it. As for the amount, it really depends on the particular game at that time. With the adrenaline rush and the running, the heart rate increases dramatically. I normally compare it to a moderate jog or even short sprints with how tired I am the next day.
The usual rule of thumb for me is, half the time if I'm running a lot, and only a quarter or less of the time if I did a lot of digging in. All depends on the style of play.
END HIJACK -------------------

Cougar - just curious if you take cardio credit for paintballing, and if so, how much. That's a question that's come up since I started SP. I play 1-2x's/month with my son.

So who's going to win the Daytona? It seem's so early to be starting.

| Not a NASCAR fan at all, but I did have the privilege of meeting Wallace a few weeks ago. A real stand up guy. I might actually watch a few races after listening to him talk.

It's always nice to have the kids get involved with what you like. When I mention a stock car race is on my daughter runs the other way.

| Nice to see I'm not the only one anxiously awaiting Daytona. I'm a Mopar fan, if only they could win a few races. It'll never be like when Petty was on top of things back in the 70's. Oh well, I still like watchin' those boys go round and round real fast.

I'm a Gordon fan, although not a radical. I laugh at my sister when she get's into her Jr.-side Gordon bashing... 'Gordon's gay... it says so on Jr's forums...' whatever. I don't really care enough about it to get really concerned about what people say about anyone else.
There are certain drivers I dislike and hope don't win (Stewart is one), but it's not because he beats Gordon. Not that many of the drivers are terribly clean racers, just seems that I've seen TS do more than his share of childish crap.

| I wasn't until I moved to NC. One day I was traveling from Raleigh to Charlotte and stopped in Kannapolis NC to get some food. I pulled into a Burger King and went inside. Several of the employees were wearing dark sun glasses and black arm bands. I made the mistake of saying, "Who died?" Everyone there looked at me like I was from another planet. It turned out it was the day of Dale Earnharts funeral and Kannapolis was his home town. Needless to say, I didn't eat the food, I wasn't sure what they might have put in it for me being so insensitive. From that day forward, I followed the sport. But ACC basketball was what the folks there were really passionate about.

I like Ryan Newman in the ALLTEL 12. Probably cawz he's edumacated...sounds real smart when he talks. I reckon he drives real good too.
I don't know if you can tell from my accent, but I live in Charlotte.
By the way, football is never over with the NFL Network and plenty of good TiVo'd games.

Now that football's done...let's go fast and turn left!
Who's your driver-but don't start a Gordon/Stewart/Dale Jr. war.
I miss # 3.
