Whey protein powder after workout, mixed in with whole milk if it's also time to eat.
Snack- whey & milk, as above (about 300 calories). Handful of mixed nuts. Beef jerkey. protein & fat, fat & protein.

I'm looking for a good food for when you get the munchies. Something to just curve the hunger. and also to munch on for after you get done with your workout and just need that pick me up and get that energy back
