MY WIFE IS A TEACHER TOO, SO I UNDERSTAND AND "LIVE" THE SAME ROUTINE.

I know I'm not a guy, but I saw your post and had to respond. I struggle with the same thing. As a teacher, I'm on a set schedule all week--when to eat, when to use the restroom, etc. I get home from work and I have a schedule I follow as well. Over the weekends and summertime I try to keep to a schedule as much as possible. Keep drinking your water, eat meals at certain times, exercise before you do anything else for the day, seek out new ways to get in exercise (cleaning, playing a sport, taking walks around the neighborhood, etc). If you slip up and have a bad day, get back on the wagon the next day.
