| I walked around my building today 4 laps is 1 mile which take approximately 15 mins. walking can be low or high impact according to how fast you walk.

| That is wonderful. Thank you for the hint, I haven't heard of that. How does it compare to lifting weights? (That is what I am doing for strength now.)

| I have had great success with doing Callanatics, a deep-muscle exercise that really help with getting a great figure. And the fun part is that you can do it in multiple sessions or one session whatever fits your schedule. I do it in front of the TV and I tell you YOU SEE RESULTS FAST.
