It's a stressful time! Allow yourself to feel the stress, but turn it into good energy. Keep your favorite gum with you and pop in a piece when you feel like munching. Take a break from the chaos and treat yourself to a nice little walk.

Don't let the stress get the best of you. You are probably eating to deal with it all. When you find yourself doing that, stop, put the food down and breath. Also purchase a journal and start to write down how you are feeling as the wedding gets closer. You just need to occupy your mind with something else.
You can do this.
