| eat more fruit. it will help carve cravings and they have natural sugar in them....also drink lots of water to keep u hydrated throughout the day.

| Plan out your meals the day before. This way you already know what you are going to eat and when and you have something to look forward too. And it can prevent you from overeating.

| I love food to much and I am really wondering if I will reach my goal in June of 2009 to eventually be 50 pounds lighter!! I have a hard time feeling full what are some Ideas to help me feel full...
