I have no problem with taking herbal weight loss pills but they are only temporary.

i have no personal experience with herbal detox, but i hear the weight loss is only temporary and that was pretty much a guarantee. also that you feel really crappy, lethargic and terrible the whole time you're detoxing

I've taken several diet pills over the year...hydroxycut & diet fuel, of course then I was young and skinny anyway so I'm not sure of their resutls! Haha. Now that's not so much the case! I've been wondering about detoxing too, I had heard your body could store up to 30lbs in your large intenstine...that could be complete bs I have no idea. There are several detox diets out there but they sound crazy and very unhealthy. Let us know what you find out!

Can I ask has anyone had any luck with herbal teas or herbal weight loss pills? I tried carb blockers a few years back and I actually put on weight! I don't want to cheat but I've heard of these herbal detox pills that cleanses your colon and digestive system. They are meant to give you a kick start when you start a healthy eating plan!
I found an ad in a bridal mag.I do take kelp vitamins which has helped me before, also helps your hair grow quicker and looks thicker and shiny because of the iodine in sea kelp. Any thoughts?
