If you can get a personal trainer that would help with such a targeted area. Also if personal training is not an option then I would find a good total body work out for woman book including strength training. Ultimately that is what is going to help you. Good luck, I love e-bay

I just read an article kind of related...it pointed out that you can't spot train for one specific area-you'd have to work on the total body for the best results. Eat right, get plenty of cardio and like someone suggested maybe use lighter weights to tone up with out over doing it. You can can find workout suggestions for your upper body online at places like Fitness or Self Magazine. Good luck!

It's hard to say w/o seeing the dress. What part is tight? If it's around the shoulders you are likely out of luck. If it is around your biceps sure you can change that- but it'll take a lot of work. Toning muscles takes a lot of time and without cardio none of the fat will go away.

Does your dress have sleeves or just straps? I'm thinking that the best way to slim your arms would be just doing a lot of cardio. Lifting weights should still help (plus you get a boost in your metabolism with added muscle), and I would recommend using a lighter weight but doing more repetitions of each exercise.

Hope this helps! Good luck! :)
