I totally agree with you, it isn't healthy to obsess over a number. your dress should fit and it's good to still keep up with your health (not weight).

I'm fed up with reading how I should only weigh blank. My body type doesn't lend itself to such a small number. Furthermore, I don't feel like obsessing over a number is healthy. If I'm fit and feel good and I'm exercising and I'm happy, so be it.

Now, I am trying to tone up and feel better and hope some certain areas will fall off in the process! In the event this occurs before my dress fitting on March 2, the dress will be altered to the March 2 weight. My wedding is May 31, so I've got three months to stay at this weight so the dress will fit!

What to do?
