welll is started a post for ppl who wanted to try and lose 10 pounds by the end of janurary, we r going to weigh in every friday for motivation so u have something to look forward to, I'm here and there r alot of other ppl, take it slow, watch what u eat, drink water only, and exercise try new things, good luck Ashley

I've been a serial yo-yo dieter my entire life, and once again, I'm back up to an uncomfortable weight and need to shed 33 pounds. I've done it before, but I just can't seem to get started this time. Does anybody have any suggestions?
