| Take it from a married male, I had a wedding planner. I thought she did a great job, I have had friends get married and they have had horrible experiences. Be careful and remember, this is your wedding, not theirs. They are in this for the money, SOME will try and get you to agree to anything and not mention the price they will charge for that "change". If you really watch from the beginning, and really talk to the planner before you sign a contract then you should be great.
