The soup does have a good chunk of sodium, I would maybe limit my sodium intake, and keep focus on that water. Eventhough you are feeling cr@ppy try to get up, and shake you routine up.

Good luck, and don't stress out you will look beautiful even if you don't lose that 10 pounds!

I find that I have a hard time losing any if I limit my calorie intake too much. But it's hard to tell yourself to eat more if you actually do find the momentum to control the eating! But you will feel all-over better if you get the food you need!

I'm sorry you feel sick. I had to stop going to the gym for the last 1.5 weeks because of a bad cold, and it sucked. I'm a slow weight-loser, too. And it has always felt extremely arbitrary -- I'll lose weight when it seems like I'm eating badly, and gain it when I'm doing everything I should. Part of the reason I'm here is to study when I gain and lose weight, and try to correlate that to exercise and weight-lifting and pizza-ordering. :) Hang in there.

I cannot lose weight! I only have 5 weeks from today until my wedding and I have been doing this plan and eating between 1200-1400 calories a day and working out 3-5 times a week for an hour and I cannot lose all I do is maintain. Right now I am currently sick with a sinus infection so the past 3 days I have had chicken soup for lunch and a subway sub for supper and then 30 calorie popsicles and lots of water.. i have had no appetite being sick and i thought maybe that might jump my weightloss NOPE... the same weight again. Once i feel better I am going to try and up my cardio but why am I only maintaining????!!!!
