1/2 banana, handful of blueberries, handful of strawberries, handful of raspberries, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, glass of applejuice, blend, drink. Keeps you full til lunchtime. Perfect. Let me know if you try it or have any other scrummy recipes.
