I have my after-the-first-dance reception shoes. White leather ballet flats from aldo. But I haven't found any heels for the ceremony yet. I have funny feet. *sigh*

Hooray, I have found my perfect shoes. They have a slight heel, just enough to look special. They were for sale on e-bay, the shop was justclickshoes.com Hope this might help some of you. X

There are several sites that offer a huge shoe selection, low prices, free shipping, AND free returns- zappos.com and endless.com are both great. You can order several pairs to try and keep the one you like- or return them all if you don't like any of them! That's the best thing I can think of. =)

I got my shoes from Coloriffics.com, they are only 1 1/2" heels, but they are heels, not wedges.. Still, you can check out that site! Good luck!

Well I'm all about function and comfort. This is my second wedding and the first time I wore some classy looking sketchers which were more fancy than just tennis shoes(white of course). It was the best choice that I made, I was able to have fun and not be in pain from uncomfortable shoes. I'm planning on getting another pair of sketchers this time.

I got mine (3 years ago) at Macy's. I know it was a while ago, but maybe they have similar styles. Just wanted to help!

Good job! I'm all about deals on a pair of shoes I'll wear once. I got mine at payless shoe source for $10 as well.

SUZMOR, sounds like we have opposite problems. I had to order my dress in the tall size (extra 4" of length). The extra length ended up being perfect... no length alterations needed. Good thing I'm not any taller or I'd be in trouble.

Good luck with the shoe search. How thick are the soles your fiancee will be wearing? Also... since you are on the petit side, what size shoe do you wear? It never hurts to look into kids shoes. They usually have smaller, wider (ie. sturdier) heels. Plus... tehy;ll probably be a lot less expensive. Just a thought...

I went out shopping this past weekend and found the perfect wedding (comfy) shoes at Walmart for 10 buck! That means that I save 90 buck on my budget for shoes...totally excited about that! Don't count the box stores out just yet!

Wow, I'm barley 5'2'' and my fiance likes to think he's 5'4, but I'm taller than him in 2.5 inch heels!
I would totally wear flats, but my dress already has had issues because the boutique I bought it from didn't take a hollow hem measurement, so it's already 8 inches too long. If I wear flats it have to be even more drastically haltered. We'll see though, I'm going shoe shopping this weekend.

I'm getting married outside and opted to wear flats. I'd rather look graceful and be comfortable... no one really sees your shoes anyway. I may have a different opinion though because I'm 6' tall. Height difference isn't a problem for us (he's 6'7"), it's just all about comfort for me :-)

Thanks! I think I may have to give up and go with the two inch heel that looks so wedding like. I have to have the shoes in two weeks for the first fitting!

I too am having a hard time finding the perfect shoe. Have you looked into bridal shops? Or you can also go with a nice, flat or low heel, sandle since you are getting married outside. But keep looking you will find the perfect shoe!

Help! I have scoured the internet looking for low wedge heel bridal shoes! I do not want to wear a heel higher then 2 inches, preferrable shorter, as my fiance is b arely 2 inches taller than me. Our wedding will be outside, so I don't want to wear a skinny heel and hve my shoes getting stuck in the grass. . . Any suggestions?
