Thanks everyone! I have kind of stayed the same the 4 days I have been on the program. But, I do love it.It is so nice to see what we are eating each day. We have been walking every other day and I am doing the Buff Brides work out program, which I love. I am for sure going to hang in there. I am feeling very good, which is the most important thing. My FI is loving this too, which helps.

| My first week in the program I lost 4lbs, but now its like 2lbs...it does take time just hang in there.

| At first I didn't lose any.. That it started melting off, probably 2 pounds/week. Now I'm lucky if I see a .5 or 1 pound loss!

When I first started, it was about 1-1.5 lbs/week... but that slowly and gradually tapered off. My last 2 pounds or so came off at the rate of something like a pound a MONTH. Frustrating, but at least it still came off!
When I was at my high weight pre-SP, I lost almost 30 pounds in about 3 months... so I guess that's about 2.5 lbs/week. It all depends on your weight/body fat %, as well as your food intake and how much exercise you're putting in, I think.

| I started at 2 lbs/week, and slowed to about 1-1.5 lb/week after about 6 weeks. I'm currently still at about 1/week, but last week I only lost half a pound. Oh well, at least I'm still losing! =)
