Great tips, I like to add a slice of lemon to my water, I find that gives it enough of a twist that it's perfect for me.

Fantastic! Sounds good to me, I guess you burn the calories off, quench your thirst, then have an energy snack. Perfect!

I heard from somewhere that when you feel hungry it could mean one of three things

1. That you are actually hungry
2. That you are dehydrated
3. That you need to have sex

So my advice, go have sex then take a big glass of water and then if you are still feeling hungry go get a small healthy snack! ;)

I love Crystal Light On The Go, I add it to a 24oz bottle, as it's to strong in the recommended 16.9, and drink away. With only 10 calories, it's worth the trade off for increased water intake.

Thanks for the idea Im going to try that tommorow have you tried freezing ice cubes with raspberries or mint leaves in them for flavor or putting cucumber in ice water quite refreshing.

Just a quick tip I wanted to pass on as I am finding this really works for me. I use to really struggle to keep my water intake up, but now, whenever I want to snack, I make myself a glass of water, half cold, half boiled, so its luke warm. It is sooo much easier to drink for me. I know it sounds disgusting and bland, but I find squeezing half a lemon, lime or orange into it really improved it, now I just love it on its own. Trust me, try it. Its healthy and REALLY does fill you up X
