Thanks for the advice! I think I will end up wearing a strapless bra slip combo. The seamsstress siad it will help the dress not stick to me, and be more comfortable as a result. Also, when I walk, the dress won't get sucked between my legs if I have a slip to block it. I looked at Spanx and found another non slimming one on line somewhere.

I'm wearing Maggie Sottero's Vincenza (in diamond white and oyster, not black and white like on the site) and I'm wearing a long line bra. I think I would've been ok to go bra-less, but I want getting ready pictures and I'm not comfortable with everyone seeing my boobs as I'm getting dressed.

I am wearing a corset Maggie Sottero, Jackie, and I am having a backless support system sewn in to the bodice. I am a DD cup, so it is neccessary!

They look great tho - super sinched waists!

I don't have my dress yet, I do however want a corset dress, and have tried a couple on and by far like them much better than zippers!
I plan to go braless under mine. I am only a B cup so I don't really need something under my dress!!

I have a corset dress, too, from Maggie Sottero. The saleslady told me to go completely braless, and I'm seriously considering it. Otherwise, you can get a bandeau bra, or a nice, slimming Longline bra. I've seen some nice ones from Victoria's Secret & Frederick's of Hollywood.

i did have anything under the corset on my wedding day. so i don't think you should either. if your boobies are bigger, you should think of something , but if they are small (i'm a B), you are fine!

the thing abt corsets is that they can be made at most 2 sizes smaller (when you tie them). so i think u should be fine. i got mine in mid-Sept and the wedding was Nov 4 last year.

I'm getting married on Oct. 13, 3.5 months a way or so! My dress has a corset bodice, so I told myself as I loose weight I can just tie the corset tighter. I ahve no idea what to wear under the dress though! When I bought it, the lady said I wouldn't need anything except bra cups sewn in. . . The seamstress that is altering the dress for me--I'm short--is telling me I should have somekind of "foundation". What are you all doing?
