Hey everyone...
I am getting married in 10 days (Sat June 30th) wow! But these are the beauty tips I can provide...

-I drank about 8-10 glasses of water most days...
-I used Crest Whitestrips to whiten my teeth (they work, but they do make your teeth a little sensitive)
-I used Loreal Sun Moisturizer to tan up my skin. I also sat in the sun in small increments of time (no more than 1/2 hour) 4 or 5 times to tan up my skin.
-Once you get closer to your big day I suggest getting a facial (if you can afford one) to clean and brighten up your face for pictures
-I also highly reccommed getting a massage or two along the wedding planning process.

I did all of these and they worked out great and kept me relaxed and looking great!

As for working out I did cardio 3 - 5 times a week and strength training on the opposite days. I worked my abs a lot as well :-)

Hey you two!
just have to put this out there...
I love England!
That being said, I'm in Michigan and planning a move to North Carolina in 6 weeks.
The wedding date is 11 months from now on the 15th of May, and, although my final goal is 135, I'm really just shooting for 150 by the date of the wedding... although, if I weight less than that, I'd be very happy. The wedding is going to be on a cruise ship while in the Bahamas, so I would love to wear a bathing suit.
My job is really not a "moving" kind of job... I live in front of a computer basically. Computer Networking does not equal fitness.
I'm trying to keep my calorie intake between 1,300 and 1,500, staying away from fatty foods, and trying to workout during lunch when I can get away.
Starting this coming Monday I will be riding my bike into work, or walking, as I have only 1.5 - 2 miles between my home and my job.
That's my tentative plan as of right now, I just hope that I can keep to it!

Hi Bossme, Im Angela and Im getting married to my fantastic fiancee on Friday 21st September 2007. (3 months tomorrow). I would really like to lose half a stone by then, I have lose 7lbs since joining this site and find it really useful. I am keeping a food and water diary everyday, and just cant seem to reach the 8 glasses goal, the best I have done is 6. Not really started limiting my food intake yet, ut have really upped the game with my exercising, I love it. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and try to do 2 classes. Good luck with your goals, and congratulations. Im in England.
