i used to watch that when i had satalite.. none the less .. some of those women TOTALLY brought the stress upon themselves (im talking about that lady that told her BM's they couldnt eat much because they HAVE to fit into their dresses... then she couldnt fit into hers HAHAHA)
Not EVERYTHING is going to go right on the big day, and the thing of it is, that is what makes it special. I just went to a "redneck" wedding a couple weekends ago, and the flower girl (i think she is 2 or 3) was running around like a dork screaming it was funny.. she really made the day because she was cute and it took a lot of attention from the STRESSBALL bride! She was glad her daughter was running amuk!
There is no GAURENTEE that everything will be perfect.. but really what is perfect anyway.. you just need to keep your cool and go with the flow!!!!

I don't have the WE channel so I can't watch - I remember Fox had a Bridezilla show. I wonder if it's the same.
I don't think it's the brides that are crazy (maybe some really are) I think it's the people around them pressuring them. I haven't had anyone butt into my wedding planning and it's been very stress free up until now - with a month to go I'm feeling the crunch to get things in order, but it's only a few little things.

| I also watch Brizillas, for me it's a guide on how NOT to act. My finaces looks at me nervously, "Please don't act like that!"

Yes Bridezillas is a great show. It really makes me laugh and shows me exactly how people can get so stupid and crazy (although I'm sure they play it up a little more because they are on TV)
It's a great show because it makes me laugh, gives me some ideas for wedding planning, and most importantly keeps me grounded so I don't get out of control or blow up at anyone as my wedding day gets closer!!!

Ahh, Bridezillas is my guilty pleasure. I actually feel embarrassed for so many of those women... can you imagine behaving like that on your wedding day? YIKES. They all need to calm down.
There's a new season starting up this next Sunday, 6/17, and of course the season preview said one Bridezilla will get left at the altar! Eek!

I have seen that I think, yeah its valuable to watch for sure! I have been watching that show Buff Brides, i love seeing them work so hard and how much it pays off in the end. and how beautiful they look in their dresses!

Has anyone been watching Bridezilla's? I love this show for a couple of reasons - first, I love watching people being dumb, but most importantly, I am learning a lot about things that may go wrong and I figure that the more things that I identify as things that may go wrong, the better armed I will be to combat those items and keep them from happening to me.
I also think that it helps me to know what a really bitchy bride does to the people around her and how much I don't want to turn into that!!
The single biggest lesson that I have learned from watching is to not wait until the last minute! You should totally not be working on the seating chart on the actual wedding day, or be up until 4am the night before your wedding working on favors!
I am going to totally start working on making sure that by the wedding day itself all is as complete as possible!!
