I just moved here from weight watchers and would love to meet some of you and continue with the challenge I was working on there.
BAsically - we set three goals - to meet the activity or exercise challenge set within our program, drink our 8 glasses of water a day and stick to our plans.
Today is going great!!! I've stuck on plan and plan to hit the gym tonight. If anyone is looking for yummy flavour packed lunches - I've discovered hummus and roasted vegtables (homemade) with pita is so satisfying and filling and very low calories.
