| I am getting married in October! I am stressing!!! I'm not worried about the planning, I am worried about my weight. I use to weigh 130, not 100 percent happy with that, but tis way better than I am now. In the past 7 months I have gained about 35 pounds. I now weigh 165! I want to lose 30 lbs, but I dont know the first step to take. I am going to start off with no sodas, no fast food and start walking about 3 times a week about 20 min a day... But as far as eating past no fast food,, I dont know what foods to eat, or cook! Can someone help!!! Thanks
