I agree with Ryann06... If you want to keep losing, keep losing. and try to get a super padded bra.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could just pick where the pounds came off of? That would be an ideal world...

you could always keep losing and get one of those super-padded bras to make up for lost inches if needed.

but if you are losing fat, it will come from everywhere, you really cant control that.

Why not try doing pilates? When you exercise just work out the parts where you want to lose the weight....I'm the opposite...I can lose weight and end up going up a cup size so everyone's different.. Good Luck!

That will be great thank you!!!! Please let me know what she says!!! I appreciate all the help I can get. My seamstress is worried about the inches not the number on the scale and personally I would like the number on the scale to keep going down. But more importantly like you I want more weight to come off the middle rather than my chest!

I tried my gown on last night as I am meeting with my personal trainer today and I had to report in on it. My top is getting looser, but the mid didn't seem to be as much, so I am going to ask her about how to target that area a little better (the middles) I'll let you know what I find out. Heres a bonus, I have my workout set up so that I can do it all at home with a body ball, so there won't be any extra trips to the gym required if you like what she says.

Is it the inches around you chest that your seamstress is worried about?

Because you could keep going on your normal routine, and instead beef up your chest by doing upper body work so that you don't lose inches up there. Having strong pecs gives your 'girls' a good lift too!!

Your dress should be able to be altered still . . . that doesn't make much sense. But, if you are being told not to lose anymore, I wouldn't! Better to look good in your dress at current weight than have it not fit right.

You could do reverse sit ups. lay on your back and take your legs together from 6 inches off the floor and bring them up and down. You will feel it in your lower abs and buns. walking is good. Do some line dances at home. They mostly work your legs. Good luck!

I'm getting married in July and my seamstress has asked me to try not to lose any more weight from my chest due to my wedding dress. I am still 25 lbs from my goal and really want to continue to lose. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best way to focus on working other areas (especially the midsection)while having the least effect on my chest.
Thanks,
Tena
