Hello All:
I was reading some posts and decided to share with you all my story. I am 65 years of age and have been divorced for 25 years with five grown children. I never had the urge to re-marry and was in several relationships that basically turned me away from the thought but a year ago I met a man with whom I came to love and he with me. We will be married on April 12, 2007 and we are going the "civil ceremony and will be having another service in the Chapel of my church in September. My first marriage was a small wedding and always thought that if there was a next time it would be "big" but I come to learn and feel that it is not about "having and spending" as that is a part of "impressing" i also know that as Jesus came and was humble so also I want my new beginning to be as such. As long as we have each other and The Lord's blessing it is all good. Yes, I brought a nice dress and will do everything to enhance my "natural" beauty given to me by our Creator but I am so content with myself and my future Husband that I just thought I would share it. Be safe and remember you are loved!
