| I have that same problem...and so does my sister who weighs about 110 soakin wet...so I'm just not gonna worry about it...I have a sweetheart neckline as well...I know that David's Bridal will put sleeves on any dress...you can go to their website and do "Dress My Wedding" pick the dress you want and then add sleeves to see what that dress will look like...

| Strapless dresses are flattering on most everyone. That's probably why they're in :) You'll look lovely. Unless your Gisele Bundchen, you'll probably have that little bit of fat at the very top (around the armpits). I've chosen strapless for my 'maids for that reason. They are all different sizes and body types. If you're feeling uncomfortable about it, you can always get a wrap or a shrug to wear on top of the dress. You might have to cover your arms anyway, depending on where you get hitched. For example, my place of worship doesn't allow spaghetti straps or strapless gowns. Good luck!

| I think the shape of the neckline of your strapless dress can make a big difference in the appearance of that "pesky" armpit fat too. :) Dresses with more of a rounded/slight sweetheart neckline are more forgiving than ones that are straight across. I've been working on the tricep area....all of the arm stuff is so hard to tone! Good luck!

Here's a link to an article that talks about exercises for each dress type:

It's not all fat - part or all of it is breast tissue, guys! I've heard it from a doctor, and every time I get a breast exam, my doc always checks that 'fat' pocket.
Doing some exercises for your chest/pecs does help make it look a bit more toned in that area, though... I have that little bulge too, but I don't sweat it, because 1)I have plenty of other pudgy parts to worry about, and 2)if 99% of women have it (even stick-thin women), it can't be that unnatural or look that bad. Besides, when you're in your wedding gown, your armpits will be the last thing anyone will look at (if they look at them at all)! If it *really* bugs you, though, I'd look for a cap sleeve or off the shoulder style... there are plenty of attractive ones out there.

| I've still got armpit fat, and it won't budge. I'm seriously considering lipo for some day, but in the meantime I'm just ruling out strapless dresses.

| I'm toning up for a strapless dress too, but honey, I've givin up on the armpit fat. I think the defining moment for me was watching "Americas Next Top Model" and realizing that half of the skinny girls on there STILL had that little fold. If they can't get rid of it, I give up! :) I'm still toning all over my upper body, but I won't let that one little spot bug me any more. :)

| Haha, you know, I never thought I would buy a strapless dress, and of course the first one I try on (the ONE) is strapless! I've been doing lots of arm work with my trainer- push ups, body rows, lateral pull downs, lots of the arm exercises SP recommends. And of course, overall cardio, because the more cardio, the more of a "toned" look you will achieve! good luck!

| So, I've managed to clear up my skin enough to wear one of those strapless numbers, but my arms and chest are not quite up to par! What can I do to tone my arms and get rid of that bit of fat pops out of my dress near my underarms? I'm sure some of you know what part I'm talking about!
