| i think it's easier to wear a ring guard rather than having to resize it so often, especially if you're loosing weight drastically before the wedding itself.

| OMG! I just lost mine cleaning the garage last weekend (we found it though!) It just slipped off! I didn't even feel it. I'm so glad I wasn't in a public place. (I just posted something about this on September 2007 Brides SparkTeam message board) It was so scary! I was wearing it on my middle finger after that, but now I have a ring gaurd. I'll get it sized when it gets closer to the wedding.

| I haven't lost a pound and have already had to have my ring resized once since I got it and am thinking about doing it again since it is VERY loose. I think part of the problem may be the cold weather and my fingers may not be swollen but I am afraid I am going to lose it.

I just took mine in to have it resized, they're doing it right now. I was a little afraid of getting it done because I don't want to have to do it again, but I was afraid of loosing my gorgeous ring that I decided to do it anyways. If I have to do it again then thats what I need to do!

| Has anyone else had to get their engagement ring re-sized since they started losing weight? I've had mine done twice so far... and now it's getting loose again! I think I will just get a ring guard for the time being, instead of having to alter the metal repeatedly. It's a sign of progress, but it's kind of annoying.
