No, but we have an Aldis that supposedly cheap cheap cheap - but I don't know what they sell as far as health foods. I suppose I could walk around the store and see what they have. I've never been there because my mom has always shopped at Fareway (which is like a foodlion on the east coast) and she never went to Aldis because they only accept cash. Any how...good idea. Lately it seems like I only have enough money to pay the bills....but I did start some wedding shopping for my bridesmaids....just a tip if you see that clairs (or any place) has a 10 for 10 or 20 for 10 - don't be afraid to rummage through and get your stuff there. I saved myself $79 this evening and got ALL my girls' jewelry!! It was AWESOME!! So awesome I went and started on their gifts at bath and body works and there I saved myself $22.50 :D on shower gel!!

Lately it seems like all my money is going in to the wedding fund, so I know what you mean about a tight budget. Do you have a Trader Joes nearby? I love this grocery store because they have healthy and organic food for cheap, cheap, cheap! They even have great veggie and vegan options which I have come to love even though I still eat meat on occasion. What kills me is Vitamin water - it is so expensive, but I figure it's better than soda!

I have a couple of tips for you. I'm a college student, so I know all about limited budgets... My fiancee and I eat all right on a $50 a week budget, and we buy healthy foods. At walmart, store brand whole wheat pastas and brown rice is pretty cheap. Try cooking only three or four meals a week and having sandwiches, wraps, and leftovers the rest of the time. The leftovers will be good a day or two later, so you can alternate between cooking and having leftovers.

We've had problems with our internet for the past week or so, and the past week or so, my diet has been pretty rocky....I'm almost feeling hopeless, I do really good for a few days, then I CRASH - TOTALLY CRASH and I don't know why....well I do, because I crave bad foods after a week of eating health and doing very good, then it sucks me in and also - I'm on a very tight budget with only working 2 days a week and having to pay rent, a cell phone bill, and make a car payment, pay off my credit card, and then try to buy healthy groceries. At times it seems impossible to pay what I HAVE to pay, and healthy food is SOOOOO expensive these days. It's almost cheaper to just live off ramen noodle soup, tv dinners, and pot pies - which none are fulfilling so you know where that goes. Well....I'm here for encouragement I do need it, I could use some good tips as well, and I'm also looking for an accountability partner that we can e mail back and forth and check in with eachother and stuff. Sparkpeople did the math and says I can loose 50 pounds by June 13 of this year - that is a better goal than what I set for myself for the entire year and it looks good on the website, now if only I can start loosing the weight. I end this with... Any suggestions or tips?? Anyone who would like to be my accountability partner?
